What is my start time? 

You will receive an email 3 days prior to the event with your wave start time. Please arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your wave's start time. 

 

What time does the event start? 

The official event takes place between 8:00 AM and 5.30 PM. Each division & wave will have their own start time. Your competition will take approximately 90-120 minutes.  The order of divisions are typically as follows:

09:00 HYROX Doubles Mixed

10:00 HYROX Men

13:10 HYROX Women

14:30 HYROX Doubles Women

15:30 HYROX Pro Women

17:30 HYROX Mixed Relay

Changes, Transfers & Refunds

Registration changes and transfers can be made up to 1 week prior to the event and are subject to a small processing fee. After this time, no changes or transfers can be made. 

Change of participant competing: USD 10.00

There are NO refunds.
